Lutheran EMS Kosciusko and Lutheran Health Network KCH now oversees Kosciusko County’s car seat safety program. The program was managed by the Winona Lake Police Department for many years. Representatives from Lutheran Kosciusko EMS and KCH Birthplace are being trained in August to be certified car seat technicians and will collaborate with local fire departments to offer car seat safety checks at locations throughout the county. For more information, please call 574-269-1975.
